I’m not going to lie, I was a little intimidated for my one-on-one training session with Amen. He’s about three times my size and in great shape, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up. Amen proved me wrong. I loved the workout and his energy. His positive reinforcement throughout the training kept me going the whole time. His kind words made me want to push myself harder than ever. During the workout we did all kinds of exercises using tires, logs and even some boxing. By the end of our session, I was exhausted but could not wait to do it again...on a different day of course. If you are looking to bring your fitness to the next level, I would highly recommend an organic workout with Amen.
