Join Dr. Francesca Quinn, Naturopathic Physician for an afternoon of learning how to cook:
Healthy, Quick, and Easy Cooking Class Saturday July 22nd from 1-5 pm.
In this 4-hour class you will receive a completely functional education that will leave you fully equipped, capable, and motivated to start eating the way you know you should. We will cover more than 20 recipes, all of which can be prepared in less than 20 minutes, and all of which are delicious, and optimally healthful.
You will learn:

What tools you need on hand to prepare food healthfully, quickly, and easily.

How to keep healthful eating financially feasible

What types of foods are the healthiest to eat and why.

We will cover over 20 recipes in the class, and you will go home with a recipe book of many more.

You will receive generous samples of all of the recipes.
We will cover at least 3 recipes for each of the following: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and dessert (yes, you can eat dessert!), all of which fit the criteria of “Healthy (and I mean optimally healthy), Quick (less than 20 min), and Easy (I don’t even know hot to prepare complicated meals).
The class will be held from 1-5 Saturday July 24. The cost of the class is $45. The location will be at the lovely home of Katherine Gould. Address will be sent upon registration.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 8, 2010 – Spa Fit AZ, Arizona’s Web site for local salon, spa and fitness deals, will host Primp Me. Prep Me. Shoot Me. a complimentary hair and makeup and photo shoot mixer this Thursday, June 10th from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. at the W Hotel in Scottsdale.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 3, 2010 – Spa Fit AZ, the Web site for salon, spa and fitness deals, had a successful launch party last Thursday at Urban Martini Kitchen in Scottsdale with over 200 attendees, raising over $1800 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation AZ's Finest Honoree Lisa Kasha.
“It was amazing, I honestly don’t have one complaint,” said Spa Fit AZ Owner and Founder Sara Gullickson. “We had great sponsors, the venue was perfect, the attendance was out of this world and it all benefited a great cause.”
The Spa Fit AZ Launch Party featured massages from Arizona Chiropractic & Holistic Health Center; manicures from Pink the Salon; Trim-tinis, Spa Fit AZ signature cocktail and swag bags.
To top off the night, there was a raffle awarding prizes including a gift card from Cornellius Jewelry; a facial and Latisse from Dr. Mazaheri Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon; cut, color and extensions from Sondra Barr Bohanna at Saints and Scissors; a facial from Hani Skin Care; a full car detail from Luxor Auto; two weeks unlimited yoga from Metta Yoga; spray tans from Naked Beauty; $500 gift certificate from Permanent Makeup by Adriana Campbell; a canvas print from Printing Partnerships; a photo shoot from Ventola Photo; a massage from Cynthia Love Massage; a massage from S P A C E and a skin care system by Astara Skincare.
Gullickson said she couldn’t have asked for a better launch. She said all of her goals and expectations were exceptionally exceed.
